Teachers as Leaders- keys to become a 21st century teacher

The teacher leadership is a collaborative effort to promote professional development and growth of teachers and the improvement of educational services.
The teacher as leader is a role.
Just as we have the role of teachers as: advisors, mentors, as scholars, role models, cultural workers, parents, learners, change agents, facilitators.
These roles are assigned formally and informally. And these roles are achieved beyond the classroom.

All teachers are volunteers. They give their time, their money and their love to their students. They work hard and they deserve respect. But just being a teacher in your classroom, as challenging as that is not enough!

There is no great school, every great school is a function of great teachers!
The conclusion of the matter is that all teachers are leaders.
